Nature's Comfort Wood & Coal Furnaces

Many of our customers have thier furnaces up and running.  And they are performing as promised.  This is a fine boiler, that is simple to use.  These boilers offer features that others do not.

No computers to break like WoodMaster, or smoke diverters that do not work.  No need for WoodMasters optional Ash Auger at $500 dollars extra, Natures Comfort has a removable, simple Ash drawer.  That is easier and simpler to use, and it is standard equipment.

Natures Comfort has a powerfull blower UNDER the fire where it belongs, not like WoodMasters blower that blows into the side of the fire causing an uneven burn using more wood to meet thier BTU ratings.

Natures Comfort uses less wood and burns cleaner.

Ask WoodMaster if they allow you to burn coal, and they will tell you it voids thier warrentee, Natures Comfort is constructed so well that burning coal is as easy as changing the grate, and the warrentee covers it.

Come and see the boilers at our office and make an informed choice.  Don't listen to the "used car salesmen" out there, look for yourself.

Nature's Comfort furnaces are a cut above the rest.  Lazer cut and assemble with presision, Nature's Comfort outdoor wood furnace provides you with a fuel and cost efficient outdoor heating system that can be used in tandem with any interior heating system you currently have installed.

How the system works with your existing heating system, either forced hot air or baseboard heat.

HOW THE NATURE'S COMFORT OUTDOOR WOOD BOILER WORKS!
Simply, the interior workings of the outdoor wood furnace consist of a firebox, and within the firebox is a chimney, a grate with a fan powered blower that blows air up into the fire for greater and more efficient burn. Wood is loaded into the firebox just like a traditional fireplace. Surrounding the firebox then, is at least a 175 gallon water jacket. The wood is burned in the firebox, thereby heating the water in the surrounding water jacket. A pump at the back of the outdoor furnace sends the heated water on a continuous loop to the house through an insulated PEX line to the furnace and the water heater inside, then back again for reheating. More connections can be made to heat a pool, a sauna, a hot tub, a garage and other buildings. For this a second pump would be installed and a second PEX line would be connected to the outdoor furnace for running to the other building. Insulation surrounds the water jacket so that the water temperature is not compromised by weather.

As the firebox is surrounded by water, so then is the chimney and the ash pan as well, extracting all possible heat from the red hot coals. The chimney is low on the firebox and exits about 1 foot from the bottom so that the smoke, or more importantly, the heat, is trapped so that it doesn't quickly escape out the flue. This creates a second burn chamber to more completely burn the gases and wood, when the wood starts to burn it's the gas that burns first. Efficient design ideas with proven results.
